| Tore is still a puppy, and shares his pet
humans with Kaare's and Sophie's mother Siri. He lives north of
Vancouver on the Sunshine coast.
Born in Sweden, he's one year younger, almost to the day, than our two Bu's, and was 6 months old in this picture. We met Tore on a trip to Vancouver Island for a dog show in Victoria Aug 8-10, 2008. He and our two puppies had many adventures. More Links:

Freya is Siri's mother, Sophie and Kaare's grandmother, and
is owned by Kay Schertzl. Magnus is Siri's father.

| Tronder lives just a short ferry ride from Seattle,
and is seen here with
his pet Judith. He was born in Oregon at the end of July 2007, and is about
9 months old in this photo, taken at the Nordic Pride parade in
Ballard, a Seattle suburb.
Just like Tronder, Judith is of Norwegian descent and has the outfit to prove it. |
Darby (15 months) is new to the west Coast, having just
recently joined us in June 2008 from the exotic lands of New Jersey.
He makes his home in the still exotic, but much closer lands of
Bellevue WA. Gayle, Darby's pet human, first met our Bu's Kaare and Sophie in Aug of 2007, then got an all-embracing face licking from them again at the Seattle Dog show in March of 2008. After that, she was hooked and got a Bu of her own this summer. Darby may not join the conformation show circuit, but we expect him to become a (well-behaved) terror on the agility courses and obedience trials in years to come.

| This is Cali, born April 2, 2008. She just moved to Seattle from the exotic shores of New Jersey to come live with a family we met at the Seattle dog show last March. |
Juno is the newest Buhund in the Seattle area, having just
arrived in Seattle from the far off shores of Minnesota.
He was born Aug 19th 2008, one in a litter of 10.
Juno is Kare and Sophies great uncle, on their fathers side. Juno's new Seattle family is much smaller than the one he left behind. They had met Kaare and Sophie just a week before Halloween, and after enduring much face licking and a bit of shedding, decided they wanted a Bu of their own. Luckily for them, Juno was available. Juno now lives on the other side of the lake from Kaare and Sophie with his pet humans. |

We met Bjarne at a dog show in mid November '08 a bit north of Seattle. He's Tronder's younger brother, and is about 8 months old in this picture. He and his pet people were checking out the dog show circuit for their very first time. Bjarne is an awesomely sweet Bu, and if I didn't have Kaare, I'd of taken him home with me if I could!

Asgard is one of Catharine L's little puppies (ok, he's 3 years old, but I can call him a puppy if I want to!). He lives with a bunch of horses in Southern Oregon. |

| Magnus is Kaare's and Sophie's grandfather, and Juno's
Father. He hangs out in the Midwest.

Trey was Kaare's and Sophie's father. He's notable as
the first Buhund to ever win a best in show in Canada. Sadly, Trey passed away earlier this year.
